Sorry, I did not read any books this month. So there will be no book of the month for the month of January 2009. Sorry.

I called 089-211222 a.k.a. 999 [ 6:14 PM ]

Well, I called 089-211222-Sandakan's police phone number. It was not my neighbour who played fire works. It was a house down the road. It was so annoying!! I was studying history from chapter 1 to 10 because I'm having History Excel Paper 2. A very difficult paper indeed. I really can't stand it anymore. So I took the action of calling the police. Here was the conversation. It was smooth.

(In Malay language)
Police : Hello, here is Sandakan's police station. What can I do for you?
Me : Hello. I would like to lodge a complaint on fire works in my
neighbourhood.
Police : Oh, did you say fire works? Miss, can you give me your address?
Me : Sure. (I told him my address).
Police : Thank you, miss. I will send a police patrol to your neighbourhood in a
few minutes. Thank you for calling.
Me : Thank you.

And guess what? A few minutes later, a police car came because I saw the police car from my house. Unfortunately, the guy was not putting anymore fire works!! The police officers came at the wrong time. Ughhh!!!! The guy was standing by the roadside and noticed that there was a police car passing by. Luckily, after that no more fire works:)

Neighbour Issue [ 5:19 PM ]

Mostly, neighbours are always mentioned very nice in books, etc. But in my case, it isn't. I SCORN my neighbour. Why do I hate them? They are noisy especially the kids. They are like screaming everyday. What is worse is that they scream and cry out loud at around 10 -11 pm. They're like 5-6 years old. Aren't they supposed to be sleeping at this hour?

Another thing is that they play those annoying fire crackers! Last Sunday, I was watching 'Defiance'(a war movie). And then suddenly, there was a loud BOOM outside my house. I thought that there was really a bomb dropping from the sky outside my house! Damn them, they were playing fire crackers. Ughhh!!! Yesterday, I was having physics tuition. The same thing happened. A lot of BOOM!!BANG!! heard from my tuition place. It was so f****** annoying. We were studying about waves with full attention. If they play fire works again tonight, I really am going to call the police.

Happy Birthday to Me!!!! [ 7:21 PM ]

Today's my birthday and you know what that means...eating, presents!!!! This morning, Melissa, Chiew Yee and I went to learn to drive car somewhere in mile 6. Woah, it was TOUGH especially the parking part and driving the car up a steep road. Well, it was quite okay to us because we didn't bang onto anything!!! Thank goodness!!!! Here are the photos.

In the afternoon, my uncle and my aunt brought me to have lunch in Giant's Pizza Hut. It was indeed a sumptuos meal:) We ordered the new kind of pizza - the Golden Crown Pizza. There are little crowns around the pizza. The crowns are filled with mozella cheese. Each slice of pizzas consist of a tempura prawn. All in all, I think the pizza's okay, still acceptable. But I still like the pizza with finger like buns. Here is the picture.

Later in the evening, I had dinner in my favourite grandparents home. Again, it was a delicious meal. There are noodles, nuggets, fruit punch, sweet and sour pork and others. And there was ABALONE:) Simply delicious. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures. I just kept on eating. Ohh no, I'm getting fatter...Boo hoo...Time to go on diet, Candy...

Well, that was how I celebrated my 18th birthday.

Tough, tough, so though... [ 7:04 PM ]

It has been a week since school reopened. And I hated it. I HAVE to wake up at five something in the morning to get prepared. I was sleeping so soundly and then my Mom opened my bedroom door and said, 'Time to get up!'. I tried to sleep in the 'bus sekolah' but it was moving here and there, bouncing here and there. We were like sardines in tin. Ohhh, I hated it so much:< As a result, I have terrible headache lately. During the school holidays, I slept until like 11++ in the morning. Well, I hardly had any breakfast during the holidays. School time sucks.

Anyway, two more weeks to get money...:)
